By participating in Innoventure Club 25, organized by Connected Pakistan and TechTrip, you agree to the following terms and conditions:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1. Registration and Attendance<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
  • Eligibility: Participants must be at least 18 years old to register for Innoventure Club 25.<\/li>
  • Registration Fee: The registration fee is non-refundable and must be paid in full prior to the event.<\/li>
  • Identification: Participants must provide valid identification CNIC at the event check-in.<\/li>
  • Presence in Activities: Participants must ensure their presence in all defined activities throughout the event.<\/li>
  • Payment Confirmation: Confirmation of payment will serve as confirmation of your booking.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    2. Event Participation<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    • Session Attendance: Participants are encouraged to attend all scheduled sessions and activities.<\/li>
    • Equipment and Belongings: Participants are responsible for their own equipment and personal belongings. The organizers are not liable for any loss or damage.<\/li>
    • Photography and Recording: The event will be photographed and recorded. By attending, you consent to being photographed and recorded for promotional purposes.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      3. Mentor Participation<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      • Innoventure Club is an experiential adventure tour, not a formal conference or seminar. While we aim to have experienced mentors accompany the trip to provide guidance and inspiration, their participation is subject to personal availability.<\/li>
      • The organizing team shall not be held responsible if any announced or anticipated mentor is unable to attend or participate in part or all of the trip due to personal, professional, or logistical reasons.<\/li>
      • Participants are encouraged to engage in this journey for its complete experience \u2014 including adventure, networking, learning, and personal growth \u2014 rather than expecting guaranteed access to any specific mentor or session.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        4. Camp Allocation<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        • Each camp will accommodate two participants. Assignments will be made based on availability and logistical considerations. Participants are expected to share the camp space with others assigned to the same camp.<\/li>
        • Separate Camps: There will be separate camps for males, females, and speakers located in distinct areas to ensure privacy and comfort for all participants.<\/li>
        • Please note that only tent accommodations are available.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          5. Code of Conduct<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          • Respect and Professionalism: All participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally towards other participants, speakers, and event staff.<\/li>
          • Harassment and Discrimination: Innoventure Club 25 has a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, discrimination, and inappropriate behaviour. Any participant found violating this policy may be removed from the event without a refund.<\/li>
          • Compliance with Laws: Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the event.<\/li>
          • A signed undertaking from each participant will be mandatory before departure.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            6. Travel & Luggage Policy<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            • The journey will involve overland travel via major highways and motorways.<\/p><\/li>

            • Each participant is allowed to carry a maximum of one bag, not exceeding 15kg in weight.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

              7. Cancellation and Refunds<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

              • All payments made for participation in Innoventure Club 25 are non-refundable.<\/strong>
                \nParticipants who wish to transfer their registration to another individual must notify the organizers in writing at least 30 days prior to the event start date<\/strong>. A transfer fee equivalent to 50% of the original booking price<\/strong> will apply. No transfers or changes will be allowed for cancellation or transfer requests made less than 30 days before the event<\/strong>. <\/li>\n
              • Event Rescheduling Policy: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as stormy weather, road closures, natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, or any other situation beyond the control of the organizers, the event may be rescheduled. In such cases, the organizers are not liable to refund any fees or compensate for any loss or damage incurred. No refunds will be issued. The organizers will communicate the new event dates to the participants at the earliest convenience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
